GPS Trackers and Monitoring Systems
PRM.DEV develops custom GPS/GNSS trackers and monitoring systems for vehicles, equipment, and high-value cargo. These solutions provide real-time data on the location and condition of an asset, help manage fleets, improve safety, and make logistics predictable.

We design the complete system: the device, embedded firmware, server platform, and mobile applications — so that the solution integrates seamlessly into your existing processes.

Our Services
  • Hardware Development
We design electronics and embedded devices, including ultra-low power consumption architectures and broad wireless interface integration.
  • Firmware Development

Modem and wireless module integration, power optimization, quality control, and automated testing.
  • Server Platform

We develop and integrate server-side solutions tailored to your requirements — in the cloud or on dedicated infrastructure (AWS, Azure, and equivalent platforms).
  • Mobile Applications

iOS and Android applications for tracker data access, configuration, and end-user scenarios.
  • Software Development

Reliable software components and development processes for transportation systems; where required, we apply automotive industry practices and standards (AUTOSAR, MISRA, ASPICE).
Where We Apply These Solutions
Systems of this type typically deliver measurable results:

  • 5–15% reduction in mileage
  • 20–30% reduction in fuel consumption
  • Reduced risk during cargo transportation
  • Monitoring of vehicle movement and operational parameters
  • Tracking of high-value cargo and containers
  • Reduction of unauthorized vehicle use
  • Improved logistics quality and transparency
How It Works
A typical tracker includes:

  • An MCU/CPU for reading data from sensors and on-board systems
  • GNSS and GSM modems for positioning and communication
  • A data transmission channel (GSM, or satellite communication such as Iridium where required) to the server

The user accesses data through a web dashboard or mobile application. Satellite communication is particularly useful where global coverage is required.
